The Cynosure Consulting Group (Cynosure) was founded by a group of tier 1 technology delivery executives and senior delivery practitioners whose experience has been earned delivering some of the largest, most complex, high risk programs for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
Cynosure’s strength lies in being completely independent. This independence allows us to work with our clients and any of their contracted suppliers, without conflict or bias, to assist in the provision of ICT delivery assurance and consulting services.
