Our approach is to then put in place the methods and processes to provide open, transparent and fact based analysis to ensure all stakeholders are aligned as to actual status and required remediation activities. This may extend through implementation of revised delivery methods and team restructures where required.

Turnaround

Key to the turnaround commencement is then ensuring the alignment of all stakeholders to correctly position them to deliver on their commitments, either contractual or internal to the organisation. This may involve the identification of commercial gaps and the development of strategies to mitigate them. We can also augment and help our client’s ability to manage their own internal dependencies.
