Approach

During the execution phases of an initiative, our testing and assurance method’s first key activity is applying our testing and assurance ‘lens’ throughout the requirements and solution analysis, which is proven to dramatically increase the likelihood of the initiative’s success. Then, throughout the respective execution phases, our test project scheduling and resourcing support ensures a consistent approach and provides the necessary testing toolkits and work packages uniquely tailored for the initiative. Our test reporting and RAIDs (risks, actions, issues and dependencies) management also ensures consistency, accuracy and transparency across all aspects of test management, focused on risk assessment and issues management. Our approach has been applied to test execution and management in all application software and integration test phases, including leading complex system integration (SI) testing programs and spearheading successful global teams. Clients also rely on us for experienced support in defect management and prevention, test tooling configuration, optimisation and automation, method adoption and test deliverables; and stage gates and quality assurance.
